Skillset AI Inc. (“Skillset,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is a Delaware corporation. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information in connection with our marketing website at skillset.co (the “Site”).

Scope

This Policy applies only to the Site. It does not apply to the Skillset application ( app.skillset.co), which is governed by the separate agreement (such as a Master Services Agreement and Data Processing Agreement) between Skillset and the applicable customer, together with any privacy notices made available within the application.

Information we collect

Contact information you provide directly, such as name, email address, company, and role, when you request a demo, book a meeting, or contact us.
Scheduling data when you book a meeting through our third-party scheduling provider (Cal.com), including meeting time and any information you submit in their intake form.
Server log data such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, collected through standard web server logs maintained by our hosting provider.
Analytics data such as pages viewed, referring site, browser and device information, and general interaction data used to understand Site traffic and performance.

We use PostHog Cloud EU for product analytics. By default PostHog runs in cookieless mode: no cookies or other identifiers are stored on your device, and visitors are identified only by a short-lived hash that resets daily, so you are not recognized across visits. If you accept analytics cookies through the cookie banner, PostHog stores a first-party cookie that lets us recognize return visits and link your activity to a demo request you submit. You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie preferences link in the footer.

How we use information

Operate, maintain, and secure the Site.
Respond to inquiries, schedule demos, and provide customer support.
Improve the Site and develop new features.
Analyze Site traffic and performance.
Send service-related communications and, where permitted, marketing communications (which you can opt out of at any time).
Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

How we share information

We share information in the following limited circumstances:

Service providers that help us operate the Site, such as hosting, scheduling, and email providers, who are bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations.
Legal and safety purposes, including to comply with applicable law, respond to lawful requests, and protect the rights, property, or safety of Skillset, our users, or others.
Business transfers in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Site, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
